Requirements:
- Acive IA License or IMLC
- BC/BE in Cardiac Anesthesiology
- TEE Certified
- CSR
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Cardiac Fellowship (highly preferred)
- COVID Vaccinated
