• MANDATED Job Requirements:
• Must have active MD Medical License and DEA prior to presentation
• No prior malpractice/Legal Issues
• Local Clinician preferred
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, DEA, PALS
• License Requirements: Maryland
