Requirements: Physician Assistant with North Carolina State License
Location: Southeast Cary, NC

- Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
- Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
- Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
