Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cosmetic Physician Assistant to join our prestigious Med Spa. As a Cosmetic Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing advanced cosmetic and aesthetic treatments to our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their cosmetic concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of advanced cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to: dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Administer injectables and dermal fillers in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Utilize medical equipment and technologies to perform treatments with precision and safety.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in cosmetic medicine, attending conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction, maintaining a professional and compassionate approach at all times.
- Collaborate with the Med Spa team, including physicians and aestheticians, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic policies.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of California.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in reconstructive or cosmetic, plastic surgery.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic medicine, including injectables, laser treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Proficient in using cosmetic medical equipment and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, providing them with clear and concise information.
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
