The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. The PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, evaluate medical histories, and perform routine wellness checkups for patients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory issues, and minor injuries, adhering to evidence-based protocols.
- Preventive Care: Provide preventive care and health education, including vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and health screenings.
- Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring appropriate use and monitoring for side effects and interactions.
- Procedures: Perform minor office-based procedures, such as wound suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with supervising physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
