Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) Family Birthing Center, a Level 2 Neonatology (NICU) hospital site located at Manchester Memorial Hospital, invites practicing Physician Assistants (PA-C) to apply for a Per Diem hospital employed opportunity offering a flexible schedule and work-life balance. You will enjoy a multidisciplinary team approach and the support of a strong partnership with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Neonatologists (ranked as one of the top children’s hospitals in the nation for pediatric and neonatology care) with inspiring expert-neonatology care. The specialist team is further comprised of Neonatology APRN/PA-C providers, Neonatology Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Pediatricians, Physician Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Social Workers. Eastern Connecticut Health Network provides advanced neonatology interventions and therapeutic management for emergent-high-acuity premature newborns. Requirements:
- Advanced degree through an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program must have 2 or more years of experience as a Neonatology ICU Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Connecticut licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or eligible
