- Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care

- Hours of Operation: Vary by location
- Minimum shift requirement: None
- Mix of Scheduled and Walk-In Patients
- Adult patients only
- Standard office procedures: suturing, I&D, read/interpret X-Ray and EKG
Provider Requirements:
- Current Texas State License & DEA
- Active NCCPA Certification
- Active DOT Certification
- Relevant Clinical Experience
- (Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine)
