• Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM

• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• 1 Year of experience

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License • NPI Number • 1 Year of experience • 1 year of Physician Informatics experience
