Position Overview
The Department of Neurology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Movement Disorders Physician. Join a leading neurology department under the direction of Dr. Benjamin Segal and provide top-tier care while advancing research in neurological disorders.
Department Overview
- The Department of Neurology at OSUWMC includes 15 specialized divisions, 63 physicians, 5 psychologists, and a dedicated research team.
- The department delivers comprehensive care across 7 state-of-the-art facilities and 3 hospitals, with pioneering work in neurogenetics, neuroimmunology, and neuroregenerative medicine.
- Our telestroke network is one of the largest in the nation, covering 32 hospitals, and we manage over $15.5 million in annual research funding.
- The department offers 27 multidisciplinary clinics, including the Center for Parkinson's Disease and Other Movement Disorders, and provides global training through the OSU Global Neurology Initiative.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
- Fellowship trained in Movement Disorders
- Eligible for Ohio Medical License
