• Certification Requirements: MSO will accept ABIM, ABFM, ABEM, and board eligible, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS
• Must be residency trained and ACGME accredited
• Physician Shift times: 6a-6p and 6p-6a
• Annual Volume 12000
• Patients per Day: 32
• APP Supervision required: Yes, if they move to an APP model
• EMR: Cerner
• Must have active license before privileges can be granted.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days from application submission
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
