Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is looking for a Full Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN.
Position Highlights:
+ (4) 10/hour days
+ Typically see between 18-25 per day
+ Providers are scheduled for 36 hour per week
+ Clinic hours are 7am - 5pm M-F
+ Clinic is designated as a Rural Health Clinic (RHC)
+ Providers need to be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

+ Includes outpatient primary care clinic, ED and a small acute care unit
+ Long-term care facility and home health conveniently located on hospital campus
About Centerville
+ Located 50 miles southwest of Nashville offering a beautiful, peaceful rural setting
+ Great opportunity for outdoor recreation including hunting, canoeing and fishing

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
