An FQHC is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

The credentialing timeframe for this position is between 45 and 90 days. The schedule requires 2 to 3 days of work per week, with flexibility regarding which days are selected. The available hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM; Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Required certifications include a Florida license, with a preference for candidates who have an active DEA. The support staff consists of 1 to 2 medical assistants and a full front office team, along with 1 MD, 2 advanced practice providers, and multiple registered nurses. The EMR system used is Integry. While board eligibility is preferred, candidates must also be enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare. Being bilingual is not a requirement for this position.
