Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join team in SW Georgia. Group has 7 sites across southwest Georgia (4 primary care, 1 women s health center, and 2 school-based sites).

1. Operating hours vary (Monday 7:30 am-7:00 pm, Tuesday 7:30 am 6:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). Extended hours are rotated and time is flexed.
2. After hours call equal rotation for urgent, after-hours call is rotated
3. This site already consists of one Pediatrician and 2 nurse practitioners
4. Patient volume: Established patient panel usually 18 to 22 patients per day
5. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 403b and 457c available, Life insurance 1 x salary, short-term disability, malpractice insurance provided via FTCA coverage, PTO 15 days (yr 1-2), 20 days (year3+) however potentially negotiable for the right candidate, 10 holidays per year, CME annual allowance, license and DEA renewals paid
