The hospital's Board of Directors has a majority of physicians and the CEO is a clinician. Competitive base + wRVU incentives can easily have your income exceeding $350K, some PCP's earn over $400K/yr. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Annual Salary. Earning Potential of $425,000.
