A facility in Athens, GA is looking for a locum tenens Gastroenterologist to assist with coverage in November and December + PTO/vacation converge needs in 2025. Candidates must be Board Certified and licensed in GA to apply.
The facility is located in Athens, GA.
The locum will be responsible for rounding and handling consultations, including variable daily consults and emergency department (ED) coverage. They will take over existing GI patients and consults from local GIs, manage new ED or inpatient consults, and then hand cases back to the local GIs.
