McLaren Bay Region is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Locum Physician! - Clinic and Clinic Call
Daily clinic coverage Monday Friday
8am 4:30pm daily
Night call Monday Thursday evenings
No call on Friday after clinic
Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital
Info of support staff: 2 APPS IN OFFICE 1FT Physician .5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicine lab on site and infusion suite
Current EHR in use: Cerner
Procedures/Skills Required:
Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board
**Please note:
Must be COVID vaccinated.
Provide rates at time of name clear
DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Car, Fuel, mileage, hotel is a *** cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is ***/2 the hourly rate
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
Job Details:
Coverage would be 2 weeks per month (preferably the last two weeks of the Month)
Reason for locum coverage: Recruitment Gap
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & ***.
Rates to Submit:
Orientation must be 1/2 the hourly rate
Daily Rate - Monday-Friday to include the clinic coverage 8a-4:30pm
Night Call- Monday- Thursday

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
-Board Certified (No BE) - Required
-MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
-BLS - Required
-Provider must be local - Highly preferred
-Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
-Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
-Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - Required
-DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
