Employment Type: Full-Time, Days Position Shifts: 10-hour shifts Seeking skilled and dedicated Physician Hospitalists to join our dynamic team. As a Hospitalist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients during their hospital stay. Opening : 400 Bed Community Hospital Closed ICU w/ 24/7 Intensivist Support ADC- Rounders average 15 patients on 10 hour shift Rounding Day Team staffing model- 20 providers Large employed group of physicians offering in-house subspecialist support Opening : 300 Bed Community Hospital Closed ICU w/ 24/7 Intensivist Support ADC- Rounders average 15 patients on 10 hour shift Rounding Day Team satffing model- 8 providers Large employed group of physicians offering in-house subspecialist support Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
