TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physician Hospitalist in Tarboro, North Carolina.Job Highlights:Clinical Responsibilities:- Manage Level II nursery and well newborn nursery (for Med-Peds trained physicians).- Daily rounding, admissions, discharges.- Vent management and intubation, central line placement, and thoracentesis.- Schedule: 7 on/7 off schedule, 7 AM - 7 PM, with two 7 PM - 7 AM shifts every other week.- ICU Coverage: ICU managed by pulmonary critical care physicians from 8 AM - 5 PM; hospitalist team covers nights and weekends.- Team: Join an established team of 6 hospitalists.- Patient Volume: Anticipated patient volume is 15-20 patients per shift.- Support: Strong air and ground support to transfer patients to a Level I Trauma Center.- EMR System: System-wide integrated EMREPIC.- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required.- Location: Close proximity to and ability to live in nearby Greenville, NC.Compensation and Benefits:- Competitive compensation package.- Comprehensive benefits including:- Administrative stipend.- Relocation assistance.- Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.- Malpractice/tail coverage.- 401(k) matching/457 plan.- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.- Disability and life insurance.About the Hospital: The hospital is a 117-bed acute care facility located in Tarboro, NC, offering high-quality care across more than 20 medical specialties.
