Responsibilities
Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo Howard Wellness Center is seeking a part-time (.7 FTE) family medicine physician to focus on optimizing patients’ overall health by assessing their current health risks, and providing disease prevention, education and detection. The duties will also include medical care with disease management delivering high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building as well as also offering same day appointments for acute illness. Lifestyle Medicine focused.
Position Highlights:
+ No Call/No RVU/ No in-patient/No pager
+ No insurance companies/Fee for service
+ 28 hours per week
+ Clinic hours: M 7-5, T & TH 930-530, W & F 7-3
+ Competitive salary

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
+ Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
+ Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
