- Compensation: Compensation will be determined based on experience, however, keep in mind this is not a hospital-based organization. Compensation is based on the roles and responsibilities required of leading in an outpatient environment. Potential earnings up to $300k.
- Additional Info: Responsible for clinical oversight of our Article 16 rehab services, nursing and advanced practitioner staff, associate chief medical officer as well as the quality and compliance of the agency. Candidates must have familiarity with FQHC medicine and leadership experience as a CMO or leading direct reports. You will spend your time collaborating Working directly with the CEO, CFO, ACMO, and Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities also include the oversight of 4 locations (15-25 min apart.) in a primary care, outpatient medicine environment. 70% of duties will be administrative and 30% clinical.
