Adelphi is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide healthcare services at a facility in Eldon, Missouri. The physician will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and formulating suitable treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
 • Examine, diagnose, treat, counsel and prescribe medications for patients as needed.
 • Provide physical examinations and other general services 
 • Record a summary in each patient's medical chart after each consultation.
 • Make referrals to medical or clinical specialists when necessary.
 • Responsible for providing accurate prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
 • Responsible for the improvement in patient health and quality of life.
 • Independently resolves daily medical issues.
 • Ensure guidance is received on policy or exceptional situations.
 • May provide medical supervision to other clinical staff.
 • Any other duties as assigned.
