- Shared call of 1:4 1 weekend per month
- Partner-track position with an option to be an ASC owner
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance included

- Up to $15k in relocation assistance with receipts
- 3 - 5 days CME time per year plus $3k stipend; Up to 4 weeks of vacation time accrued annually
