Physician (MD/DO) - Ophthalmology - $500,000 to $775,000 per year in Elkhart, IN - Curative

Schedule:

• Very flexible workweek with the ability to work 3-5 days 
• A collaborative approach to determine an ideal patient volume
  • Scheduling can be optimized through charting ahead of time and utilizing a scribe during clinic
  • Large support staff that has a high level of experience

Practice Setting:

• Established, a family-focused ophthalmic private practice serving Indiana, and surrounding communities since 1960
• State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine, Insight Surgery Center with two Medicare Class C ORs, and a well-equipped facility with 23 exam lanes
• Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
  • Zero ER call coverage and virtually no eye trauma calls (internal call structure in place)

• Annual base salary includes a wRVU structure, with the potential to earn significantly more
