• Work with a dedicated and collaborative team of pediatric providers
• Join one other pediatrician in a mostly outpatient practice (newborn rounding only)
• 4-day clinical work week (32 hours of direct patient care)
• Shared call of approximately 1:4
• Base salary plus additional earning potential through incentives and RVUs; retention bonus
