Seeking a full-time (4.0 or 4.5 days/week) BE/BC neurologist to join a highly productive, skilled, and popular neurologist and selected outreach clinic sites to help meet clinical demands for services and build a neurology service. Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (adolescents age 16 and older as well as adults) including: medication management education and counseling of patients and families ordering diagnostic tests referral to related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locally referral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers communication with PCP s. Most commonly diagnoses encountered are: Migraine Memory Loss Essential Tremor Parkinson's Disease Cognitive Impairment Dizziness Epilepsy Multiple Sclerosis Polyneuropathy Headache Partners with other members of neurology team (e.g., neurologist colleague, radiologist, EEG technologists, MA s and RN s, physical therapists). Infrequently provides consultation for inpatients (0-3 times/week).
