PRACTICE
• Join an existing private practice
• Two Physicians, Two Certified Nurse Midwives, Two Physician Assistants
• 425 Deliveries per Year
• In office - GE 4D Ultrasound with full time Sonographer, Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, LEEP, Endometrial Ablations Mara System
• and Cryosurgery
• Three office locations
• In Office Greenway Medical Technologies Electronic Medical Records System
• Only OB Group in County

COVERAGE
• Share 24 hour coverage with two OB/GYNs and Two Certified Nurse Midwifes

• 6 providers in group
• Call is 1 in 3 , 2 physicians and 2 midwives take call (in Hospital)
• They are replacing a doctor who left in August
• What is the salary range? $ 300 - $ 350
• Salary guaranteed for 3 years
• $25K Sign On Bonus
• 5 weeks PTO and CME
• CME allowance - $3000
• EMR - Office - Greenway Prime Suite, Hospital OB - GE, Hospital - Meditech
