About the Job
- Work Dates Needed: PERM asap
- Preferred Schedule: Opened hours Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Tribal community - 100% outpatient
- Scope of Work: General Optometry: exams & diagnosing diseases like: glaucoma, cataracts, and Macular degeneration
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- CA state Doctor of Optometry license,
- Board certified with NBEO,
- background check free of felony convictions,
- CA drivers license
- EMR: Next Gen moving to Cerner
- Compensation:
- $140-160K annual salary perm with,
- relocation, sign on,
- medical dental vision 401k.
- 24 days accrued vacation
