We are looking for a Manager to join our team!

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a Full Time Patient Service Manager. Strong leadership qualities and solid computer skills is required. This individual must be skilled in, management, operations development, policy and procedures, training, and mentor of staff. This position involves an oversight of the front reception desks at all 4 of our facilities. Previous experience in healthcare-related business required.

Schedule:

Work shifts will vary Monday ~ Friday (typical schedule is 8:00am - 4:30pm). May be scheduled between the hours of 7:00am-9:00pm & Saturdays rotations 8:00am-4:00pm for backup coverage.

*Travel to all four locations is required: Schaumburg, Bartlett, Elk Grove Village, Buffalo Grove, IL*

• Medical management experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Willingness to travel site to site
• Strong computer and phones skills (Microsoft ~ Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of medical office procedures
• Ability to analyze data

Education:

• Management degree preferred
• Associates degree or completion of an office management training program with customer service management experience

Experience:

• 2-3 years minimum in leadership role
• 2-3 years minimum in a healthcare-related office setting or field preferred
