• Board certified Neonatal Medicine
• Daily patient volume 5
• Board Certified Required
• Board Physician need Board Eligibility: Yes
• Practice EMR: ECW
• Current State Medical License Indiana.
• DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes.
• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
