Community Physician Network, in partnership with Jane Pauley Community Health Centers, seeks a compassionate BE/BC Pediatrician to join an established, collegial practice in Kokomo, Indiana.  Located on the campus of Community Howard Regional Hospital, it offers convenient access to both the hospital and many ancillary services.  Ideal candidates will have a passion for caring for children, adolescents, and families, possess excellent communication skills, and have a desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

· Established practice of 9 providers with an established and continuously growing patient panel

· Newly renovated, expansive practice space

· Shared, phone-only call schedule (1:6)

· Single EMR (EPIC)

· High volume of newborns and sports medicine patients

· A multi-disciplinary team equipped to provide vital resources to patients, including community resource navigators

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Pediatrics and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
