Work Dates Needed: November 20 - June 30, 2025 Preferred Schedule: M-F (usually 8-5 but can offer some flexibility) Worksite Setting : Outpatient Clinic Scope of Work: Lots of anxiety, depression, adult ADHD; ages 18+; 90 min new evals; 60 min step down from IP/PHP to OP or transfer from another MD; 30 min med checks Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, BLS EMR: Cerner Credentialing: 60-90 days Rate: $250 hour
