PeopleShare is hiring for R.M. Palmer! We can streamline the process to start as soon as next week.

Shifts Available: Second Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Mon-Fri) and Third Shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Sun-Thurs)

Payrate: Training starting $16/hr, $19.70/hr upon conversion

Packer Responsibilities:

• Wrap and package candy products according to production standards.
• Assemble packaging materials and maintain inventory.
• Rotate between stations on the production line, performing quality control checks.
• Operate production machinery as assigned, following safety protocols.
• Handle materials and perform packing duties efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during production runs and downtime.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

Packer Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the job.
• Manual dexterity to handle packaging materials and operate production machinery.
• Flexibility to move through work areas as needed to perform duties.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
