Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Childrens facility.**RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE IN HAND OR PENDING WITH ETAs of when it will post**Required: CA License 2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignment PEDS Cardiac exp - MUST be cardiac trained Heart transplant experience Willing to float between units BLS PALS Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation Flu shotTraveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU and ED. The units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit. They have, on rare occasion, floated to Bernardy Center.Shifts: (discussed in interview) 3x12 variable or straight night shifts, 36x48 available Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. For night shift it is any combination of Fri/Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat/Sun. 13 week contractsRequested Time Off: 6 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week) Must be available for all holidays, no holiday RTO allowed No RTO requests allowed during this timeframe: 12/22-12/28*Self scheduling! Summary: 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD s and ECMO. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. The hours spent on modules are not billable and do not count as orientation hours.
