BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a PICU RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the San Diego, CA. area.
Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Job Requirements
Requirements/Certifications:
• CA license
• 2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year)
• Willing to float between units (CVPICU & NICU)
• BLS
• PALS
• Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.

Contract Details:
13 week travel contract
Estimated weekly gross pay= $ 2,988-$3,060 (w/ travel stipend included)
Rotating Shift: Day/Nights available, 3x12
