About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** **License:** Must have a valid state license by the Wednesday before the start date **Certifications:** BLS, NRP, PALS required; ACLS preferred **Must-Have:** Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification (can submit with that pending) **Job Description:** - Float pool position, working across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, pediatric med-surg, pediatric ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. - Required experience with PICU and NICU; comfortable with pediatric care. - Clinical review and auto-offer possible. - Flexible start dates available. - Options for 36 or 48-hour weeks. - Every other weekend and every other holiday required. - Up to 40 hours can be approved for time off. - If starting on certain dates, must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays. - Must adhere to floating policy. - Epic experience is required. - Low submittal details. - Must include copies of required certifications with submissions. - Background checks are mandatory. - Previous experience as a permanent staff member or traveler at the facility must be disclosed. - A cooling-off period is required before returning after a 365-day assignment. - Nursys verification is required for submission. - Orientation: 16 hours.
