Job Title: Product Information Management (PIM) System Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Information Management (PIM) System administrator to oversee the daily operations of our inriver PIM system and perform light work in our Sitecore CMS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our product information across all platforms, aiding in better customer experience and operational efficiencies. As part of our dedicated web team, you will collaborate with a group of driven professionals striving for best-in-class operations in an industry-leading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Data entry of all product information into the PIM system.
+ Manage and maintain the inriver PIM system and Sitecore CMS to ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand standards.
+ Lead projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives efficiently.
+ Train and guide users on the effective use of the PIM system, increasing proficiency across departments.
+ Collaborate with IT and development teams to direct and implement system improvements and new functionalities to enhance user experience and system performance.
+ Document processes and standard operating procedures related to the PIM system, ensuring all guidelines are clear and accessible.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for any PIM system-related issues or queries.
+ Analyze system performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PIM and CMS trends and technologies to continuously optimize our systems and processes.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience managing a PIM system, preferably inriver, and working knowledge of Sitecore CMS.
+ Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
+ Excellent training and communication skills, capable of effectively instructing and engaging users.
+ Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Experience in documenting processes and creating detailed guides or manuals.
+ Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is highly beneficial.
Desirable:
+ Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
+ Previous experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
