This position is for a Pipe Fitter with a company in Moss Point, MS.
Summary: Savard is hiring Pipe Fitters for work near Moss Point, MS for Job# 18057.
Duties and Responsibilities: Pipe Fitters will work on drydock and fabrication shop. Long term job with great pay. Pipe fitters are responsible for installing these complex systems together on the ship and in the shop.
Education and Experience: Must have 6 years as a pipefitter. Must be able to read blueprints, fabricate, install, inspect, and test the many piping systems on-board a ship. Must be able to pass a hands-on test. Must be able to pass drug screen. Must be able to pass a respirator fit test.
Shifts/Hours: 7 am - 5 pm (depending on work schedule). Monday thru Saturday. (50 to 60 hours a week).
Pay: $27 an hour
Up to $1,890 w 60 hours
