Frank Semeraro Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Pipe Layer / Heavy Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks that require physical labor at site and utility construction projects. The position may include operating a variety of hand and power tools, preparing sites, digging trenches, assisting in excavations, cleaning site debris, and constructing underground utility systems. The ideal candidate must have experience working safely around powered excavation equipment and be able to adapt to the dynamic environment of busy and sometimes stressful job sites.

Who we are: 

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy construction.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by picking up tools and equipment and ensuring all areas are free of debris.
• Handle various construction materials, load and unload trucks as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• Perform tasks related to site development and heavy equipment operations as assigned or directed by the supervisor.

• Strong teamwork orientation and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow directions, and maintain reliable transportation.
• Focus on customer and client satisfaction with the ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Willingness to submit to and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in tight spaces, while out doors in all seasons.
• Ability to provide documentation proving U.S. citizenship. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.  
• High degree of attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
