Creative Concrete LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Place and Finish Superintendent to oversee our large-scale commercial industrial, agricultural, and flatwork concrete projects. As the Place and Finish Superintendent, you will lead and manage our on-site teams to ensure that each project is executed with precision, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in concrete placement and finishing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations for large-scale concrete placement and finishing projects, including commercial and industrial flatwork, agricultural concrete, and unique specialty work.
- Lead a team of concrete workers, ensuring proper training, safety adherence, and productivity on the job site.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee concrete pours, ensuring proper leveling, finishing, and curing techniques are applied.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and that all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and project progress.
- Manage equipment and material logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols on the job site to prevent accidents and injuries.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete placement and finishing, with a focus on commercial flatwork and industrial concrete.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing crews on large-scale concrete projects. Ensuring all finishers are meeting company standards
- Deep understanding of the nuances around ordering, placing & finishing concrete.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete placement and curing processes.
- Ability to get hands dirty to lead the way and show how to get the job done.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to make fast-paced judgment calls to keep projects moving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
- Overtime during the busy season
Work Location:
- Minot, ND, and surrounding areas during the summer season
