A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney with experience in either plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Position:Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through settlement or trial.
- Conduct thorough case research, draft legal documents, and manage case files.
- Develop case strategies, collaborate with team members, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in PA
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury and/or insurance defense is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive, client-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Compensation – Competitive salary with additional opportunities for income.
- Origination Fees – 33.3% of attorney fees for cases you originate.
- Firm-Provided Cases– 20% of attorney fees on cases originated by the firm.
