• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida. 
• The candidate must be aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
• The candidate must have trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, helping prepare and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Candidates must possess determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and an ambition to thrive for success.
• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

• The base/draw pay range is $175,000 per year. The commission depends on case results and candidate team play. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. The candidate has the potential to make over $400, 000 but it will take hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
• $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
• 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
• 2 weeks of vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• 6 personal/sick days per year.
• Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account - HAS option) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
• Dental, Vision paid in full by the firm.

• Benefits are available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
