Are you an experienced Mass Tort attorney seeking a career with significant growth potential? This full-time, hybrid/remote role is perfect for a mass tort attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels in negotiating for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mass tort and complex litigation cases.
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team in a hybrid/remote setting.
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage a significant caseload.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience navigating mass tort litigation, along with strong litigation skills and a history of meeting deadlines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting, focusing on mass tort and complex litigation matters.
- Experience with toxic torts, such as AFFF/PFAS and Camp Lejeune, is especially helpful.
- Enthusiastic about taking on assigned work without requiring a pre-existing book of business.
