Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mass tort and complex litigation cases.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team in a hybrid/remote setting.
• Meet deadlines consistently and manage a significant caseload.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience navigating mass tort litigation, along with strong litigation skills and a history of meeting deadlines.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting, focusing on mass tort and complex litigation matters.
• Experience with toxic torts, such as AFFF/PFAS and Camp Lejeune, is especially helpful.
• Enthusiastic about taking on assigned work without requiring a pre-existing book of business.
