Seeking a 3-10 years' Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney with heavy experience in auto, trucking, catastrophic injury, slip & fall, wrongful death. This tech-savvy Plaintiffs Personal Injury firm in Dallas is looking to bring on an Associate and mid-level Attorney to manage a growing caseload, interested in joining a team-oriented and collegial boutique environment, with a passion for litigation and a client-first service approach. Exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must; a positive self-starter will thrive and gain deeper litigation experience in this role with exposure to 2-3 jury trials a year. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafting and filing pleadings, depositions, mediations
• Trial experience required - minimum 3-4 trials/hearings 
• Experience with technology platforms and operational software (LeadDocket, FileVine)
