Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Expertise: Ensure customer shipments are accurately documented, including bills of lading, pack slips, and advance shipping notices.
• Order Processing: Support daily production by releasing orders efficiently and accurately for the production floor.
• Data Management: Enter purchase orders, production jobs, forecasts, and quotes into our data processing system, ensuring seamless operation.
• Supply Chain Support: Collaborate closely with Production Planners to enhance supply chain functions and tackle daily challenges.
• Demand Creation: Monitor and confirm orders to effectively manage capacity, including website monitoring for a proactive approach.

Additional Responsibilities

• Step up as needed to perform any extra tasks that support our team’s execution and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• A keen attention to detail and accuracy, essential for keeping our operations flawless.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry, communication, and reporting.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
