About the Job
We have an exciting opening for an Entry Level Planning Expeditor -Scheduler for our location in Budd Lake, New Jersey.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid Planning as an Expeditor
- Pick, map, and deliver work order per Material Planner
- Aid Planning team in physically chasing material shortages
- Maintain and cycle count the MRO Stock Room
- Preform the weekly inventory cycle count
- Maintain inventory stock and put away material
- Create and issue all incoming work orders
- Provide back-up & support for the Receiving team
- Other tasks as assigned
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
- 1 year of experience in a purchasing / planner role in manufacturing environment
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Knowledge of optics processing highly preferred
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle
- Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic / integrity
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization effectively
