Vaco has partnered with a manufacturing company in Decatur, Illinois to fill an open Plant Accountant role
The Plant Accountant is responsible for performing all phases of accounting from general ledger, financial statements, and analysis of general ledger accounts

Requirements2+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred (open to related fields)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)
Experience with JD Edwards is a plus!
Strong communication and organizational skills are required in this role
Must be able to work an onsite in Decatur Illinois

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
