Education & Experience:

 

High School Diploma (AS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred)

1 or more years of professional related experience required (Purchasing experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and customer service experience desired

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required

Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables)

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Must be 18 years or older.

 

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, stand; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear 8-9 hours per day; Us keyboard, mouse, visually see, and look at computer monitors up to 8-9 hours per day

Proficient with a variety of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and specialized software designed to facilitate the tracking of raw materials, finished goods and inventory. Hands-on experience preparing financial spreadsheets and extracting data from databases to prepare reports for analysis. Must have strong interpersonal skills to support all inter-related functions with strong customer service techniques, practices and principles. Strong ability to plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines. Must be able to effectively perform multiple, concurrent tasks with constant interruptions. Experience working in plant environment preferred Advanced user of Excel preferred Demonstrated ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at an intermediate level
