Additional Qualifications
- 3 or more years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department or
- 5 or more years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
- BS Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of OSHA requirements related to equipment in-house.
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
What will your Responsibilities be you Ask:
- Achieving the highest level of reliability for plant equipment through committed support for
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and strong ownership of the Maintenance Excellence process within their plant.
- Ensure the safety of all employees
- Effectively implement/maintain a reliability-centered maintenance process that drives machine uptime
- Provide department Scope and execute capital projects
- You will be implementing ways to drive countermeasures to obtain a Zero Breakdown Culture
- Identifying gaps in processes and implementing solutions.
