RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the plant’s maintenance operations, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and performance support for optimal team effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance metrics to reduce downtime and enhance productivity, troubleshooting and coordinating repairs for critical systems.
• Oversee the maintenance department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by managing expenses and resources efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and promoting safe work practices.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of new or replacement machinery, maintaining equipment readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CMMS and lean practices to optimize maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Salary – 90k-100k  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Must have 10 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and maintenance best practices.
• OSHA certification and relevant maintenance certifications are a plus.
