Our award-winning client is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team! We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee our largest manufacturing facility. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost management.

• Analyze financial performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and develop budgets.

• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve plant objectives.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving key performance indicators.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (TPS) and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
